International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction 2020 – (October 13)

International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction is observed on 13th October 2020. To commemorate the event, the Centre for Psychosocial Support in Disaster Management, NIMHANS, Bengaluru is conducting varied programmes to generate awareness on Psychosocial Care in Disaster Risk Reduction.

We invite you to participate in the E- Poster Contest to add knowledge to the field of psychosocial care in disaster.

Instructions

  • E- Poster must be an original Research work/Innovative practices in the field of Psychosocial Care in Disaster Risk Reduction.
  • Contents should be displayed in logical sequence (Introduction, Aim & Objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusion and Reference).
  • The selection of theme should be mentioned in the top of the E- Poster.
  • Language: English
  • File format: PDF
  • E-Poster size: 3*4 ft
  • File Size: Maximum 25MB
  • Font size: ≥16
  • No commercial activities or any advertising may be displayed on the E- Poster.
  • Name of the authors and institution to be mentioned in the E-Poster.
  • No E- Posters should include an image or name of government officials or popular personalities.
  • The E- Poster will be judged according to the following criteria: Relevance, rigour of methodology & visual representation
  • Decision of the jury will be final.
  • The best E- Poster certificate & cash award will be given to three winners.
  • The submission is online. This means that you have to submit a PDF work to the given mail id: [email protected]
  • Registration is must (No registration fee).
  • E- Certificate will be given to all the candidates who have participated.
  • Plagiarism will be rejected.
  • Your E- Poster has to be mailed on or before 24th October 2020 before 4.00 PM.
